All proceeds go to benefitting Movemeant Foundation. Barre & Bites is co-hosted by Janna Harris of Barre In Your Bedroom and Ginger Harper of The Ginger Marie Blog.
About Your Hosts.
Janna Harris, Master Instructor and Creator of Barre in Your Bedroom - My barre addiction began 4 years ago when I tried my first class at a small boutique studio in Fort Worth. From the beginning I felt the difference. I worked out on a regular basis but nothing I'd tried before made me feel and see a change as quickly as barre did. And that feeling stood the test of time. Then, despite the absence of ballet or dance training the studio owner offered me an instructor role. We're not all dancers. We're not all shaped like ballerinas or as flexible as dancers. However, women of all shapes and sizes stand to benefit from the principles and application of a solid barre workout. On top of that, I truly believe "balance is better", finding and doing what makes your life & body feel best. You deserve a workout thats as dynamic as your life, and this is it!
Ginger Harper, Dallas Lifestyle, Food, Travel & Fitness Blogger - Hey y’all! My name is Ginger! I’m a twenty-something foodie “from” North Carolina who is currently residing in Dallas, TX! I have a serious love for food (cooking it and eating it alike). I will try almost anything twice, as long as it doesn’t have goat cheese, lima beans, or boiled peanuts. **insert pukey face** I blog for wild-hearted women who, despite their 9-5 job, like to live life spontaneously. My goal is to help you discover new, fresh ways to live fabulously on a day-to-day basis because, let’s be honest, we could all add a little pizzazz to our lives! Because being healthy is really important to me too, you can also expect to see some fun workouts and healthy recipes on the blog as well!
